About me

I am a highly skilled London physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Global Postural Re-education (RPG Souchard Method) and extensive experience in manual therapy, musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, and Pilates instruction.

HOME-BASED and IN-CLINIC treatments

Home-based

I offer home visits to provide physiotherapy and well-being in the most comfortable and stress-free environment—your home. London’s demanding lifestyle, coupled with the challenges of commuting, inspired me to deliver treatments that fit seamlessly into your routine. This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals with limited mobility or those struggling to find time for self-care.

In-clinic

I am available every Tuesday at OSTEOPERFORMANCE in Wimbledon, offering a professional and personalised approach to your care within a fully equipped clinical environment. With a strong focus on evidence-based practice and hands-on treatment, I provide tailored support to help you move better, feel better, and perform at your best.

 Goals of Physiotherapy

  • Speed up safe recovery.

  • Restore strength, flexibility, and full range of motion.

  • Prevent complications or setbacks.

  • Support a confident return to normal activity or sport.

  • Enhance posture and body mechanics to reduce strain and risk of re-injury.

  • Promote long-term wellness through education and personalized exercise programs.

 Pilates

Pilates is an incredibly versatile discipline, and in my classes — whether 1-to-1 or in small groups — I ensure that people of all levels feel comfortable, supported, and able to get the most out of each session. My approach goes beyond simply strengthening and toning. Each session is designed to support recovery and promote long-term wellbeing. Through guided, controlled movement, we work to restore strength, flexibility, and full range of motion, while helping to prevent injuries and setbacks. A key focus is also on improving posture and body mechanics, reducing unnecessary strain and lowering the risk of re-injury. Whether you are returning to activity, managing discomfort, or simply looking to move better, every class is tailored to support your individual needs. We begin with a brief introduction, then gently progress into the practice, allowing your body to warm up safely and effectively. All you need is an exercise mat and comfortable clothing. I am a London-based physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, with a Master’s degree in Global Postural Re-education (RPG Souchard Method). I bring extensive experience in manual therapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and Pilates instruction into every session. My goal is to help you move with confidence, feel stronger, and build lasting habits that support your health and overall wellbeing.

The Mummy MOT®

postnatal checkup

A Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive postnatal checkup by a qualified women’s health physiotherapist

Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal assessment for women following both vaginal and caesarean births. It assesses the recovery of your posture, pelvic floor, and abdominal muscles after birth providing personalised exercises and treatment to help you rebuild strength and return safely to daily activities and exercise.

MUMS NEED TO BEND SQUAT AND LIFT SO WE PROVIDE CLINICAL POSTNATAL CARE AND FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES FOR WOMEN AFTER BIRTH (NO MATTER HOW LONG AGO)

Up to half of all women experience weakness in their abdominal and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy, and around one in three still have a tummy muscle separation at eight weeks post-birth. These changes can affect core stability and may lead to back or pelvic pain, as well as bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction. These problems are common, but they are not something you should feel you have to live with after having a baby.
An initial assessment is usually recommended from six to eight weeks after birth, but we also support women months or even years later who may still be experiencing symptoms or concerns related to their postnatal recovery.

What it includes

  • A full postural assessment
  • Checking healing of any caesarean or episiotomy scars
  • Pelvic floor muscle assessment (if appropriate)
  • Abdominal muscle examination to assess for separation
  • Screening for bladder, bowel or sexual health concerns

What to Expect

After your assessment, your practitioner can provide:

  • Education and advice on safe activities such as lifting your baby and pushing a pram
  • A personalised rehabilitation programme based on your goals and lifestyle
  • Referral to specialist women’s health or sports rehabilitation services if needed
  • Guidance on suitable postnatal exercise or Pilates options to support your recovery

Take a moment for yourself, connect with your body, and build strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive and accessible way.
