Home Physiotherapy & Massages

Initial Assessment - 1 hour

Your physiotherapist will assess movement, strength, posture, and joint mobility to diagnose the issue and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

A first physiotherapy assessment typically includes:

  • Detailed medical history review
    Discussion of current symptoms and concerns
  • Physical examination (posture, movement, strength, flexibility, joint mobility)
  • Functional assessments (e.g. walking, lifting, balance)
  • Diagnosis and explanation of findings
  • Goal setting
